General approach:

Check stability of the process, make small corrections if necessary,
Fill log book at each patrol, remote or in situ – reporting,
Contact supervisor / BE in case of any consultation necessity or in case of failures/non conformities,
Any reconfiguration of the cryogenic plants operation shall be consulted with BE.
Remember that major part of helium inventory is now in storage capacity of the surface (not in the machine) – do not forget to patrol the tightness of the storage system.
